Terms for using the Q4Video video generation service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Q4Video website and AI video generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Q4Video lets you generate videos from images, reference images, voice references and text prompts using the Vidu Q4 model through its API. Q4Video is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ShengShu Technology or Vidu. "Vidu" is a trademark of its respective owner.

The underlying model is provided by a third party and may change, be limited or become unavailable. Features, limits and output quality depend on that model.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.

3. Credits

  • Generating a video uses credits based on its resolution and length, as shown before you generate.
  • If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and expire as described at purchase: credit packs expire 1 year after purchase, and free sign-up credits expire after 30 days.
  • Available modes and settings depend on the AI model. We may adjust credit prices and per-second credit rates when the model or its pricing changes. Changes apply to later purchases and generations; credits you already own are never removed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
  • sexualizes minors, or is sexually explicit;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates any person;
  • uses a real person's face or voice without their permission, or is intended to deceive people about real events;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights of others.

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited content in detail and explains how we enforce it.

You also agree not to abuse the Service, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits, attempting to bypass limits or security, or reselling access without our permission.

Model provider policies. Your inputs are processed by the Vidu open platform. You agree to comply with its content review policies, and you acknowledge that it may block, remove or refuse to process content that violates them.

6. Your Content

You keep any rights you have in the images, audio and prompts you upload, and you confirm you have the rights needed to use them. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the Service to you.

Subject to these Terms and the policies of the model provider, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

AI labels. Generated videos may contain visible watermarks or embedded labels that identify them as AI-generated. You must not remove or tamper with embedded AI-generated content labels.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and generated content are provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
