Acceptable Use Policy

What is not allowed when creating videos with Q4Video, and what happens when content breaks these rules.

This policy sets out what you must not create, upload or share with Q4Video (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, request or share any of the following. These rules apply to prompts, uploaded images, voice references and generated videos alike.

Sexual content and nudity

  • Pornography or any sexually explicit content.
  • Nudity, including partial nudity presented in a sexual way.
  • Sexually suggestive content, including content designed to get as close to these limits as possible.

Minors

  • Any content that sexualizes a minor, or shows a minor in a sexual or suggestive context, real or fictional. This is never allowed, without exception, and we report it to the relevant authorities where the law requires.

Face swaps and real people

  • Placing a real person's face or body onto someone else (face swaps) without that person's explicit consent.
  • Showing a real person in a sexual, nude or suggestive way under any circumstances.
  • Using a real person's likeness or voice to deceive, for example fake statements, fake endorsements or fabricated events.

Violence, hate and illegal activity

  • Content that promotes, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism or self-harm.
  • Content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats or targeted abuse of any person.
  • Content that is illegal where you live or that helps others break the law.

Other people's rights

  • Content that uses a person's likeness without permission where permission is required.
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property, such as images you do not have the rights to use.

2. How We Enforce This Policy

  • Prompts and uploaded images go through automated content moderation, including review by our AI model provider, before a video is generated. Generated videos are subject to review as well.
  • Requests that break this policy are refused and do not produce a video.
  • Accounts that break this policy may be restricted or permanently banned. Payments and credits for restricted or banned accounts are not refunded.
  • We may keep records of refused requests to enforce this policy and to meet legal obligations.

3. Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the prompts, images, audio and any other content you submit, and for how you use the videos you generate. Make sure you have the rights and consents needed for everything you upload.

4. Report a Violation

If you see content made with the Service that breaks this policy, email support@q4video.com with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot. We review every report.
