Q4Video is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ShengShu Technology or Vidu.

- Content you provide: images, voice references (audio), prompts and settings you submit to generate videos.
- Generated content: the videos and cover images created for you.
- Payment information: order details such as the plan purchased, amount, currency and transaction status. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account details.
- Usage and device information: pages visited, features used, browser type, device type and IP address, collected to operate, secure and improve the Service.
How We Use Information
- To provide the Service, including sending your inputs to the AI model provider to generate videos.
- To manage your account, credits and orders.
- To store your generated videos so you can view and download them.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases and support requests.
- To analyze usage and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service:
- AI model provider: your images, audio and prompts are sent to the Vidu open platform to generate videos and are processed under its own terms and policies.
- Hosting and infrastructure: website hosting, databases and file storage providers store and serve the Service and your content.
- Payments: PayPal processes purchases.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
Cookies

Data Retention
We keep account information while your account is active. Uploaded files and generated videos are kept so you can access them in My Creations, and may be deleted after a period of inactivity or when you delete your account. Order records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
