Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Q4Video. This policy explains when purchases can be refunded.

Failed Generations

If a video generation fails, or its result does not pass our content checks, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. No request is needed.

One-Time Credit Packs

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Packs with used credits are not refundable.

Free Credits

Free sign-up credits and other promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@q4video.com from your account email with your order details (the PayPal transaction ID or the date and amount). We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, and the related credits are removed from your account.

Abuse

We may refuse refunds where we see abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns. Accounts restricted or banned for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
